According to me in the tech industry, SKILLS matter most. While attendance can be important for engagement and community, it shouldn't overshadow skill development. Colleges should prioritize equipping students with relevant skills over strict attendance policies. This emphasis on skills can better prepare students for real-world challenges and enhance their employability.
Hence, I would prefer SKILLS over the attendance !!!!!!!
